• Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is until 12:00 PM.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Payment Policy

• Payment is due upon check-in or at the time of booking, depending on the reservation method.

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.

• For bookings made through third-party websites, please refer to their specific terms regarding payment and cancellations.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before check-in to avoid a cancellation fee.

• No-show reservations will be charged the full amount of the first night.

• Refunds are processed as per the payment method used at the time of booking.

4. Guest Conduct

• Guests are required to behave in a manner that does not disturb the peace and comfort of other guests.

• Hotel management reserves the right to evict any guest causing disturbances without refund.
